Central is committed to continue to upgrade our facilities
2022
Massive news for the Club this year with the announcement from the Sports & recreation grants that Central was successful in receiving a $112,000 grant for our Lighting Project to get lights on field 2 at BNP. This is a massive achievement by all involved as it means we can play games on both fields at night.
In October after the season finished both fields were cored & in November, they were both topped ready for a great season in 2023
2021
January saw us do some work on field 1, it was topped & fertilized to get a good start to the season.
Central received a $35000 grant to upgrade & replace the sprinkler system on both fields 1 & 2, this was completed in November in time to get regular water to both fields.
2020
Central replaced & upgraded the lights on its main field costing the club approx $50000. Now our main field is lit up with LED's

Exciting time for our future with today's announcement on the expansion of our club to now also include Brian Niven Park.
Sun Valley Park has been home to our club for the past 20 yrs and now with the addition of Brian Niven Park our club can continue to grow well into the future !!!

Congratulation to our Ladies on becoming the CQ Women's Knockout Cup Champions after defeating Bluebirds 2-0 in extra time at Webber Park in Rockhampton this afternoon :)
